SNIFFER
identifies and manages environmental research on behalf of
its members - the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA),
the Environment and Heritage Service of N. Ireland (EHS),
the Scottish Executive, Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH), the
Forestry Commission, and other stakeholders.
Current research areas include :
- Implementation of the Water Framework Directive
- Air quality
- Land quality
- Urban environment
SNIFFER also manages UK research programmes on behalf
of SEPA and EHS.
